Our highlights: Northern Manufacturing & Electronics 2017 Show

Last week (27th-28th September) we had the pleasure of exhibiting at the Northern Manufacturing & Electronics 2017 show in Manchester; here are our highlights from the two days we spent there.

Northern Manufacturing & Electronics is the largest exhibition dedicated to serving the needs of manufacturing and electronics industries in the North of England.   Our stand was positioned perfectly in the venue and we attracted great footfall and welcomed a number of visitors to our stand, both existing and new customers.

It was great being able to network with potential clients, existing customers and the other companies exhibiting.  Our representatives were kept busy describing our capabilities, which include PCB Design, Electronic Assembly, PCB Prototyping,EMC Testing, Box Build and Cable Assembly to prospective customers.

Here’s what our production manager Martin Ainsworth had to say about the show:

“As production Manager, I don’t generally get to see the light of day so, having the platform to go to these shows and to interact with the existing customers as well as potential new customers is a fantastic opportunity.”

Overall, the show was a great success for us.   We’ve already had one show attendee contact us and arrange a visit in the coming weeks.

UKE will be celebrating 35 years in business in 2018 so we’re hoping to show our faces at a lot more of these events throughout next year so please keep an eye out for us and come and have a chat about your specific requirements.

If you weren’t able to catch us at the show please feel free to check our website or contact us directly on 0161 626 4117 to see if we can help with your assembly requirements.
